How long does it take to produce my order?
Generally, we can produce most orders within 15-30 working days after the sample approved and deposit received. However, depending on schedule and the complexity of project, we might be able to ship in less time or longer time. If you have a tight time schedule, let us know in advance. See factory pictures

What is your minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
In general our minimum order quantity is 1,000 piece each style. Because we are a custom manufacturer we can deal with any size order. However, quantities above 10,000 pieces are generally machine made which means lower labor costs. So the more quantity your order, the lower price you will get. See Machine&Equipment

Can I custom print my artwork/LOGO?
Yes. Offset print, silk screen print, foil stamping, UV coating, embossing or add logo plate are available. See example.

Could you give me FOB quote?

Can I get custom sample for checking quality before order?
Yes. Custom made samples are charged a fee for design and labor, charges depend on requirements. The charged fee can be refund once your order amount reach our level. Free Sample

What is the main material of your products?
Rigid boxes: grey paperboard + coated paper/craft paper/special paper for rigid boxes. Insert can be sponge foam, EVA, plastic blister shell, paper cards etc.
Folding cartons: art Paper or kraft paper or gold/silver coated paper
Books&printing: wood free paper,art paper, some time need paperboard.
Shopping bags: C1S art paper, C2S art paper or white/brown kraft paper.
Ink, plastic film, glue will also using for productionDuring production we also using ink for printing, plastic film for lamination, glue for assembling. Read about workmanship.

What is your payment terms?
For normal custom made order, we require 50% deposit upon of your order/before mass production, and the 50% balance before delivery.
We accept T/T bank transfer, weston union for any size of payment, L/C for large amount only, Paypal accept for amount less than $200 only.

How can I get the suitable size of packaging?
For regular products, you need to measure and provide us the length, width and height of the products. Otherwise, you need to ship the sample for us testing when arrange the sample.
